Booking and refund policy
The following is the policy relating to booking onto trips and refunds if necessary.
Booking
- Members of the HydroNauts will now attract their club discount on dive trips organised by HydroDive or the HydroNauts.
- We don't aim to make a profit from the dive trips themselves, but accepting payment for them does cost HydroDive. To cover this cost the prices of the trips have been adjusted so that a contribution toward the costs is made (always less than £1 for each trip).
- If you wish to pay for your trips using a credit card, I'm afraid we are now forced to follow the same practice as many other establishments, and make a surcharge for using this method of payment. This surcharge will be added to your invoice at the time of payment. Paying by cash, cheque, debit card or bank transfer does not have this surcharge
Cancellation
- If the dive is cancelled by the skipper for any reason, you will get a full refund of the diving fees.
- If you pull out of a dive more than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the dive start date you will get a full refund of the diving fees.
- If you pull out of a dive between 4 - 8 weeks (29 to 55 days) prior to the dive start date you will only get a 50% refund of the diving fees. If we can fill the dive then you will get a full refund of the diving fees.
- If you pull out of a dive 28 days or less prior to the dive start date you will not get a refund at all, unless we are able to fill the dive, in which case you will get a full refund of the diving fees.
